  I just sent you a FB pager where someone who claims to work at your restaurant is extremely aggressive with a woman who he doesn't like. Not sure if you want to do something about it. If i was my store that i worked so hard to fund, I would want to know who was posting they worked for me and if so, what kind of attention they are attracting. Dave

  Tim Horton's food is extremely low quality. The sandwich I had was nearly entirely a poor quality bread with very little meat or cheese. Won't be eating there again.

  Least consistent coffee of any Tim's that I frequent. Always trying to add on items. Often ask you for your payment method at time of order rather than just taking the requisite payment at the drive thru window as is standard. Always want to tap your card for you even though this is not at all a best practice and is frowned upon by the payment card industry. Why? My wife literally was handed the machine with the last persons card sitting on top.

  I order the same steeped tea triple triple every single day. They are so bad with stirring it that 9/10 times it's not stirred at all. I have tried asking them "stirred well please" they acknowledge it but still pass you unstirred orders all the time. Infact I started writing this review because I am dealing with an unstirred cup of tea. I have gone back a few times to be like this isn't stirred, they handed me a flimsy stir stick and staff gives you attitude like you are making their lives harder by simply asking for what you paid for. It's happens throughout different Tims very frequently I just happen to go to this one a lot as it's my only real option in Chestermere. I really hope Tim Hortons can take the initiative to get staff to do their jobs.

  Always quick. Never had any wrong orders yet. Management Valerie is awesome. My wife was craving peanut butter cookies and she said call before and she will get them made for my wife. That's best customer service for you.
